We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data may only be shared with veterinary professionals when required for your kitten's health documentation or transport arrangements.

Kitten Reservations
Information about available kittens, pricing, and conditions displayed on this website is for informational purposes. All reservations are subject to a separate written contract between the buyer and Floriente Cattery. Pricing may change without prior notice on the website.
Delivery and EU Export Readiness
All kittens are transferred no earlier than the age of 12 weeks, fully vaccinated, including a rabies vaccination administered in accordance with EU requirements for pet transport (Regulation (EU) No 576/2013), microchipped, dewormed three times, and accompanied by an EU Pet Passport for clients in the European Union. A rabies antibody titre test is available on request at the buyer's cost. Delivery logistics (pickup in Kyiv, border meet-up, or pet-transport service) are agreed on a per-kitten basis during the pre-deposit video call.
No Consumer Withdrawal Right
Because each kitten is reserved for a specific buyer after a personal selection process, reservations qualify as custom or personalised goods. EU consumer withdrawal rights (including the 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national laws such as § 312g BGB in Germany or the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Rights Protection) do not apply. Cancellation, refund, and health-guarantee terms are defined in the reservation contract signed before any deposit is paid.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, including kitten descriptions, health testing results, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Floriente Cattery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
